PRIVACY NOTICE — CRESTFORGE WAITLIST

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Through the waitlist form at crestforge.app we collect only: your email address, your preferred language (detected from your browser), and the date and time of sign-up. We collect no sensitive personal data. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser data solely for bot-protection purposes.

3. Purposes

Primary (necessary): registering you on the Crestforge waitlist and notifying you when the app launches, with priority access.

Secondary (optional): occasional updates about Crestforge's development. You may opt out at any time via privacy@crestforge.app or the unsubscribe link in every email, without affecting your place on the waitlist.

4. Processors and transfers

Your data is stored and processed by service providers acting on our behalf, which may be located outside Mexico (United States and/or the European Union): Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (bot protection). They process data only under our instructions. Beyond this, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Your rights

You may access, rectify, or delete your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@crestforge.app with your registered email and the request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Unsubscribing removes your email from our database. If you are located in the European Union, you additionally hold the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Retention

We keep your email while the waitlist is active and for up to 12 months after Crestforge launches, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

7. Cookies

The waitlist page uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes

Updates will be posted at crestforge.app/privacy with their revision date; material changes to purposes will be notified to your registered email.
