1. Acceptance

By accessing crestforge.app and/or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Service description

Crestforge is an application under development for gamified household chore management. At this stage, the site offers only preliminary information and a waitlist sign-up. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access to the application, or constitute a contractual service relationship.

3. Use of the site

You agree to provide your own email address and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, including automated or bulk registrations.

4. Intellectual property

The Crestforge name, logo, design, copy, and visual identity are the property of Jesus Javier Hernandez Alanis. No license over them is granted by using the site.

5. Privacy

The processing of your email address is governed by our Privacy Notice.

6. Disclaimer

The site and the information about the future application are provided "as is". Features, dates, and pricing described are preliminary and may change or be cancelled without notice. Crestforge shall not be liable for decisions made based on such preliminary information.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be published on this page with its revision date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, waiving any other jurisdiction.
